Abstract

The study examined teachers’ perspection on curriculum adaptation for learners with learning disabilities in inclusive classrooms in secondary schools in Eket senatorial district of Akwa Ibom State. Two research questions were raised to guide the study. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population of the study consisted of one thousand, one hundred and fifty two (1152) secondary school teachers from the sixty three (63) public secondary schools. A simple random sampling technique was used in selecting three hundred (300) teachers from twelve (12) public secondary schools. The instrument used for the study was the teachers’ perspection on curriculum adaptation for learners with learning disability in inclusive classroom questionnaire (TPCALLDICQ). The data collected was analyzed using weighted mean statistic.
